After successfully completing a long period of additional professional study, Simon was awarded the Fellowship of the Personal Finance Society and Chartered Financial Planner status in 2009. During his career, Simon has provided many business owners with bespoke financial planning advice that has helped to recruit, retain and reward their staff. Workplace pensions advice has featured heavily in Simons work.
Mark has worked with private and business clients providing holistic financial advice for over 10 years. After qualifying in 2003 Marks career has developed from a personal financial consultant to a specialist financial adviser and IFA with companies such as Axa, Lloyds Banking Group and HSBC. As well as experience in retirement planning and pensions Mark believes his attention to detail and meticulous approach to his work ensures clients receive the highest standards of service.
After graduating from university in 2002, Tom joined NFU Mutual where he had a very successful career working with local businesses in the Lancashire area to provide first class financial advice. During this time Tom gained extensive experience in workplace pensions and group benefits. With so many small to medium sized business in the UK Tom believes that helping clients meet their workplace pension obligations is a key area of their commercial financial planning.
After graduating in 2002, Paul started his career in the banking industry. As well as managing teams of people, Paul has been responsible for meeting stringent deadlines. Paul brings a structured and practical approach to the management of KER’s processes.
Steven is pensions specialist that with a vast amount of experience and knowledge in the pensions market. Steve works with KER Consulting, all auto enrolment workplace pension providers and The Pensions Regulator to ensure we have the most up to date information and are aware of any changes to legislation that will affect our clients.
